Mary Scrivner

Mary Jeanell Scrivner, 65, of Humansville, MO passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2026. She was born January 21, 1961, to Bill and Norma Scrivner at Wallace Hospital in Lebanon, MO.

Mary attended Stoutland High School and became a homemaker. She was a woman who was unique and walked this earth to her own tune. Mary loved fiercely and deeply. She was beyond hardheaded and if you ever talked to her before that first cup of coffee you better be prepared for hellfire. She loved gardening and could grow just about anything and had the green thumb of the family. Her gardens were beautiful and bountiful. She was an avid animal lover and many times preferred animals over humans.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Norma (Moore) Scrivner as well as one daughter Amber Terry.

She is survived by her younger brother Michael Scrivner of Lebanon Mo (wife Joyce Scrivner) one son, Bary Terry of Humansville Mo (David Anderson), one daughter Randi Terry of Lebanon Mo, granddaughters Charolette of Lebanon MO and Chy Anderson and grandson Andrew Hutton of Humansville MO as well as several cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at Atchley Park in Lebanon, MO on May 1, 2026, at 2:00pm. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
