Mary M. Maves, 77, Springfield, MO, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014. She was born June 21, 1936, in Copenhagen, Denmark, to Anders and Anna Sorenson. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lizi Knudsen; and son-in-law, Raymond N. Hodgerney. Mary is survived by her husband, Charles J. Maves; daughter, Lee-Ann Hodgerney; grandchildren, Raymond J. Hodgerney and Ellen Hodgerney; brother-in-law, Ralph Knudsen; many nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends. A celebration of Mary s life will be held at Noon, Monday, March 3, 2014, in James River Church, Ozark. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield. Memorial donations may be made to the Assemblies of God, World Missions Sender s Fund.
