Marvin Pederson, 83, of Springfield, MO, passed away peacefully after an extended illness, Friday, September 26, 2014. He was born in Duluth, Minnesota, on June 16, 1931, to Edward and Dorothy (Marsh) Pederson. Marvin moved to from Duluth to Missouri in June of 1999. He was proceeded in death by his parents; brothers, Clarence Pederson, David Pederson, Buddy Pederson, Eugene "Mick" Pederson; and sister, Mavis "Pat" Pederson. Marvin is survived by his wife, Nancy Jean (Martinson) Pederson; sons, Kevin Pederson and Kyle Pederson; grandchildren, Samantha Ray and Alonna Rose; foster child, Kim Pearson; and a host of family and friends. A gathering to celebration Marvin's life will be held from 7-10 PM, on Friday, October 3, 2014, in the Clubhouse of Ozark Highlands Mobile Home Park, 3731 S. Glenstone, Springfield, MO 65804. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
