Martin "Marty" Wesley Farnsworth, 63, of Pittsburg, MO passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023. He was born September 22, 1959, to Wesley and Barbara Farnsworth.

Marty was a supervisor at Hudson Foods for 20 years before a devastating injuring. He was also an avid music lover and enjoyed 60's and 70's rock music. He collected records from a young age and enjoyed them his entire life. He was known for being funny, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. Marty was adored by his nieces and nephews. He called them "shorties" and would hand out dollars to all of them for the ice cream man.

Marty was preceded in death by his stepfather, James Bruce; his sister, Sharon Farnsworth; his brother, Timothy Farnsworth; his grandparents, Chester and Dorothy Campbell; aunts, Judy Reeser and Shirley Thomas; and brother-in-law, Rick Riggs.

He is survived by his wonderful mother, Barbra Bruce; his estranged father, Wesley Farnsworth; sisters, Sandra (Boyce) Aaron, Wanda Riggs, Bonnie Hale, Brenda (Gary) England, and brother, Danny Farnsworth; along with several nieces and nephews.
