Marti Ann Cornwell, 61, of Springfield, MO passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2025. She was born May 11, 1964, to Thomas and Virgie Groves in Henderson, KY.

Marti enjoyed listening to music and being outdoors with her flowers. The three things she loved most in this world was her family, being a grandma and her partner, Tony Wilson. These things brought her great happiness.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Marti is survived by her children, Brandi Edwards and James (Gina) Woodard; her grandchildren, Thomas, Katelyn, Joshua, Isaiah, Javon, Phelony, Ava, James, and Ayrabella; two brother, Michael and Richard Groves; one sister, Angela Felker; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
