Obituary

Marsha Ann Lindsay, 75, of Buffalo, MO, passed away Saturday October 15, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Marsha was born December 4, 1946, in Kansas City, KS, the daughter of William and Juanita Smith.

Jerry and Marsha were married July 10, 1965. They were married for a total of 57 years 3 months and 5 days. They lived in Kansas City, KS, where they started their family. After their 3 sons were grown, they moved to Buffalo, MO in 1993. Marsha loved her flowers, making pottery and handmaking quilts. Marsha also loved her animals and yearly trips with Jerry and their kids and grandkids. Marsha always enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  Marsha loved her antiques and antique shopping. Jerry could never take her in an antique store without leaving with something.

Marsha was preceded in death by her parents, William and Juanita Smith.

Marsha is survived by her husband of 57 years, Gerald Lindsay; one brother, Billy (Shari) Smith of Overland Park, KS; three sons, Tim Lindsay of Joplin, MO, Larry (Samantha) Lindsay of Buffalo, MO, and Aaron Lindsay of Joplin, MO; seven grandkids, Bradley (Taylor), Kristen, Kyle, Caleb, Dakota, Emma Jean, and Chance; one great-granddaughter, Adalynn; many brother and sister in laws, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends that loved her dearly.

A visitation will be held from 10 am-12 pm Saturday November 19 th , 2022 at Osceola 1 st Assembly of God. 3815 NE Old Hwy 13, Osceola, MO 64776. Memorial contributions can be made to Alzheimer's Association Foundation.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
