Lynda Lee Saunders, 51, Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2014. She was born September 19, 1962, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Robert and Annette Brinkley. Lynda owned the Green Light Caf in Harrison for three years. She aspired in many areas of her life, especially in stained glass etching. She spent most of her life taking care of others. She always put her family first; a very strong woman who wore her heart on her sleeve. Lynda had never met a stranger a day in her life; she had no care for worldly possessions. Lynda was full of spirit, through all life s travels she kept God close at hand. She will be greatly missed and remembered forever. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Annette Brinkley; grandparents, Ralph and Marjorie Brinkley; sister, Ronda Roberson; and husbands, Anthony Byrd and Billy Saunders. Lynda is survived by her uncle and aunt, Jerry and Carolyn Brinkley; sister, Kathy Roberson; children, Rikki White and husband, Tony; Antonio Brinkley and Tabitha Foster; grandchildren, Lydea Clark, Eden Jarrett; niece, Marsha Chambers; nephews, Bobby, Justin, and Travis Chambers; great-nieces and nephews; daughters-in-law, Billy Joe and Lisa (of Saunders family); former brother-in-law, Dennis Chambers; and special friend, EJ Tauzier. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 17, 2014, in the Crossroad Church, Harrison, Arkansas. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
