Lucy Ann Sanders was born on August 22, 1966 to Lucy May Rush and Clay Jones of Memphis, TN. She was an only child. On the afternoon of June 16th, Lucy passed away, surrounded by her family.

She dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized on May 05, 2011. She attended the Northeast and Berclair Congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses for many years in Memphis and had moved to the Monett Congregation in Missouri just a year ago this month. She was deeply loved and cherished by all. Lucy worked for many years as a very talented hairdresser. Many friends came from all over the city of Memphis to have their hair done by Lucy. She took every opportunity to tell those who didn't know Jehovah about him and his promises. She was truly a best friend to her daughter, Chelsea and a loving grandmother (Nana) to her precious grandchildren.

Lucy was preceded in death by her mother and father. She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband, Aurelio Olvera, her ever devoted daughter, Chelsea Sanders Trejo and her husband Leo Trejo in addition to her cherished grandchildren, Leland, Natalie and Xander, as well as many other family and friends who loved her dearly.
