Leslie Anne Phillips, 37, of Springfield, MO, passed away November 28, 2019. She was born August 30, 1982, in Fairbanks, AK, to Raymond and Kandi Phillips.
Leslie served in the U.S. Army. She is an amazing mother of two sons. She was a medical assistant / radiology tech in Springfield. Missouri. She loved what did in the medical field, it brought her joy to be able to help others. She was a women that carried her heart on her sleeve.
She loved to restore furniture and spend time with her boys. Her favorite color was turquoise, she loved owls and peacocks. And the spiritual world she is overlooking us as an hour. We will be holding a memorial in Virginia and in Alaska at our cabin over looking Mt. Denali as she wished. She wanted nothing more then to come home to Alaska.
Leslie is survived by her children, Dominik Cheek and Zachary Phillips; parents, Raymond and Kandi Phillips; siblings; Mitena Phillips, Zack Phillips, Brandon Phillips, Tabitha Weatherwax and Dalene Weatherwax; nieces: Lauren Montenegro, Carmen Peacock, Jade, Sophia, and Juniper Weatherwax-Thompson, Lilian Weatherwax and Madison Weatherwax; nephew, Tyler Phillips; aunt, Connie Phillips; grandparents, Juanita and Raymond Phillips, and Verna Ramey.
