Leah Alma Martinez, age 13, of Springfield, MO, passed from this life July 7, 2017. Leah was born January 13, 2004, in Coffeyville, KS, to Michelle Parrish and Senen Martinez.
She is survived by her grandparents and guardians, John and Colleen Parrish; mother, Michelle (Parrish) Hernadez; brother, Sergio Vasquez; sister, Syuri Hernadez; and her great-grandparents.
Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM, with services following at 2 PM, Saturday, July 15, 2017, in the South Creek Church, 3145 West Republic Road, Springfield MO 65807.
The family asks in lieu of food and flowers that monetary donations be made to St. Jude's in the name of Leah Martinez.
