Larry Wayne Carter, 73, of Nixa, MO passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024. He was born February 14, 1951, to Glenn and Geneva Carter in Springfield, MO.

Larry was a graduate of Hillcrest High School. He loved riding motorcycles, woodworking, and being around his friends and family. He was the life of the party.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Beverly Brown and Evelyn Fender; and his brother, Glenn Dale Carter Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Carter; his son, Brian Carter; grandchildren, Takoda, Eli, Ben and Brook; his sister, Janice Bryant; many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Toni Carter; sister-in-law, June Frakes; brother-in-law, Roy Frakes and his wife Deanna; and sister-in-law, Rita Garrison.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
