Kevin Don Stevens Jr., 33, of Springfield, MO passed away Monday, October 14, 2024. He was born July 31, 1991, to Kevin and Kathy Stevens in Los Banos, CA.

Kevin has always had a passion for helping others, from the time he was a child volunteering in nursing homes to being a bouncer for local artists who donated to several children organizations. He went out of his way to help anyone in need whether it was in person or online. He made several friends by showing up when needed at any time necessary. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his family whether it was spending time at the lake or playing video games with his dad, brother, and kids. Kevin was constantly perfecting his mead recipes in hopes of one day opening a Meadery. He was also known to have a wide array of music tastes and made sure it was never quiet, whether it was conversation or music it was always a comfort.

He was preceded in death by Ed and Rita Castleberry, David Krick, and Mary Krick.

Kevin is survived by his significant other, Krystyne Zook-Nichols; his children, Emma, Robert, Gavin, Kylie, and Lukas; his father, Kevin; brother, Nathan; sisters, Jasmine Wilson and Kristy Chaney; one niece and four nephews, along with all remaining grandparents, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
