Kevin Arthur Bates, 61, of Springfield, MO, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022. He was born April 27, 1961, to Fred and Cleo Bates in Providence, Rhode Island.

Kevin is survived by his sibling, Jackie McElroy of Spanish Springs, Nevada; his nephews, Mitchell and Kyle McElroy; his niece, Melissa McElroy all of Spanish Springs, Nevada; two stepchildren, Brandy Overmyer of Springfield, MO and Clayton Miller of Porterville, CA; two grandchildren; Cally and Brandon Miller of Visalia, CA.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield, MO.
