IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kenneth Becker,
Jr.
October 4, 1949 – November 28, 2025
Kenneth "Kenny" Gordon Becker, Jr., 76, a lifelong resident of Rogersville & Springfield, MO passed away Friday, November 28, 2025. He was born October 4, 1949, to Kenneth and Ollie Becker.
Kenny lived a life full of love, humor & laughter, strong willed, and deep devotion to those he loved. He loved his family and cherished every moment spent with them. His sense of humor, telling those good old jokes, contagious laugh, and fierce of loyalty made him the center of attention and a constant source of joy to those around him. Those who knew him, knew that this was what made him stand out from all others.
Kenny was born in Springfield, MO and moved to Rogersville, MO at an early age and graduated from Rogersville High School where he met some of his lifelong friends.
Kenny married the love of his life Becky on July 31, 1987, and were together for 47 loving years.
Kenny worked at Loren Cook in Springfield MO for several years until he became an employee at NewStream Enterprises (SRC) where he enjoyed many years and made a lot of friends before retiring. When he wasn't working at NSE you could always find him on a big green tractor that he loved so dearly.
Kenny lived life to the fullest. When he wasn't working or out on his big green tractor you could find him outside on his mower (his little John Deere) mowing the lawn, planting flowers, carrying on the tradition of taking care of the family cemetery, or working on or shinning up his 1979 Chevy truck.
Some of his other greatest joys were fishing, hunting, playing a good old game of horseshoe's and building classic model cars. There was nothing like the good old days at deer camp, if you ever got the chance to experience it "then you know".
Kenny preceded in death by his parents Kenneth "Nick" and Ollie "Jo" Becker and brother-in-law Bob Snyder.
Kenny is survived by his wife Rebecca "Becky" Willis Becker; sister Geraldean "Jerry" Becker Snyder; children Jennifer Skopec (Shawn), Chuck Phillips (Shelly), Michelle DePalma, and Brain Bennett (Shelly); grandchildren Alexis "Ali" Skopec, Tristan Hamilton, Gary Phillips (Kortni), Henry Phillips, Braden Bennett; 3 great-grandchildren Harlee & Kade Phillips and Cale; niece Karen Snyder, nephew Tony Snyder (Paula), and along with several loving nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon Snyder (Madi), Bailey Snyder Johnson (Colt) and along with several loving great-nieces and great-nephews; great great-nieces and great great-nephews Stevie Snyder, Utah Johnson and along with several great great-nieces and great great-nephews.
Kenny's memory will forever live on in our hearts and of those who loved and knew him.
