Keith Michael Johnston, 56, of Monett, MO, passed away February 21, 2016. He was born January 15, 1960, in the Army Hospital in Wiesbaden, Germany, to Albert Norman and Editha (Hadinek) Johnston.

He was a graduate of the Highland High School in Colorado Springs, CO. He drove a tow truck for Rick's Towing, and worked at the Lindall Lock Company, Tyson's and EFFCO & Company. He was an avid Denver Broncos and Monett Speedway Racing Fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Stevie Johnston.

He is survived by his wife, Joetta Johnston of Monett; sister, Patricia Bartelli; and nephew, Anthony Bartelli of Minnot, ND; sister-in-law, Jeannie Cox and son James Cox, sister-in-law, Nancy Blair and husband Donnie Blair or Hurley, MO, sister-in-law, Kathleen Williams and daughter Vanessa Williams of Springfield, MO; niece, Becky Cummings and husband Doug Cummings of Hurley, MO.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
