Kerry "KC" Lynn Cadogan, 71, of Goodson, MO passed away peacefully in Springfield, MO Hospital, Saturday, August 2, 2025, with his family by his side. He was born June 6, 1954, to Benjamin (Gene) and Etta Cadogan in Davenport, Iowa.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, 13 Sept at the Pomme De Terre Shrine Club, Hermitage, MO 65668. KC will be cremated.
KC was born and raised in Davenport, IA. He graduated from West High School in 1972. His marriage to Jeanette Fisher in June of 1974, produced three children. He was an accomplished carpenter and worked many jobs in the Muscatine area. In 2008, he retired after over 30 years with GPC, Muscatine, IA. After retiring he moved to Lamoni, IA where he worked with and cared for his horses.
He married Cindy Potts Henn, June 9, 2019, in Buffalo, MO. KC led a full and active life at their ranch in Goodson, MO and in Arizona for the winters. He loved raising and riding his horses, raising their dogs and cats and dancing, He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Cadogan and Etta Ryan.
KC is survived by wife, Cindy; children, Kristy (Josh) Loose, Blue Grass, IA, Amy (Jason) Young, Muscatine, IA, and Jason (Megan) Cadogan, Louisiana; grandchildren, Derek Healey, Declan Cadogan, Aislinn Cadogan, Rowan Willhoite, Rachael Willhoite, and Shalyn Young; siblings, Michael (Jan) Cadogan, Kevin (Brenda) Cadogan, Sandy (Chuck) Cox and Brian (Lisa) Cadogan; mother-in-law, June Potts; sister's-in-law, Jamie Koch (Kevan) and Mary Sessions (Shawn); and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and loved ones.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
