Judith "Judy" Ann Carter passed away on October 17, 2021 after a tough battle with cancer, at home with her family.

She was born in Springfield, MO on November 10, 1946, to Charles and Lucille Williams. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; brother, Rick Williams; and recently deceased twin sister, Jo Batman.

She is survived by sister, Karen Williams; daughter, Ruby Downs; son, Chris Wall; youngest daughter, Judy Looney; granddaughter, Brittany Argo; grandson, Johnnie Wall; grandson, Charlie Looney; granddaughters, Jessica Looney, and Courtney Looney; and great-granddaughter, Adelynn Argo.

Judy graduated in 1966 from French High School in Beaumont, TX. She moved around the country until returning to Springfield to be around family. She was "Mammie" to all of the kids, and a loving mother, and sister.

There is a new angel in Heaven with all of her deceased loved ones. She was not a wealthy person, but there was plenty of love to go around for us. She will be missed, and never forgotten.
