John Wardia beloved son, brother, Uncle, Great Uncle and godfather passed away October 10, 2015 at the age of 59. John was born May 25, 1959, in Detroit, MI. He was the 3rd child and 1st son to Joseph and Victoria Wardia. John is survived by his sister, Vivian (Ronald); brothers, Mark and Joseph, brother-in-law, Namer; and seven nephews, two nieces, four great-nephews and a great niece. John Wardia spent his time on earth giving all he had to those he loved with his generous heart and kind soul. He had a gift of always making everyone feel that they were the most special person in the world to him. When he missed you he called or wrote. He was never stingy with his pearls of wisdom. John was a lover of Sinatra, pictures, his family, his friends who became family and most importantly Christ. He gave without ever asking anything in return. He suffered without ever letting anyone know just how much, instead he continued to bring joy to others. While John is no longer physically here, he is with us spiritually and in memory. He touched countless people and they will keep his memory alive. John will smile upon us from his righteous place in Heaven beside his beloved father Joseph, mother Victoria, and his sister Sherry. Forever in our hearts. Visitation will be from 5-6 PM, Monday, November 2, 2015 with a funeral mass to follow at 6 PM, in St. Elizabeth Anne Seton Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Isabel's House in John's name.
