John Paul Richardson, 71, of Richland, MO passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at the age of 71, 8 months and 7 days. He was born November 10, 1950, to John and Lena Richardson. In the 1970, he married the love of his life, Beverly Bethurem. Together they had a daughter, Sarah Richardson. John and Beverly shared over 51 years together.

John worked and co-owned Skyline Welding in St. Robert, MO, for almost 50 years. He was a Master Mason with the Masonic Lodge 375 in Waynesville, MO and also a Shriner of the Abou Ben Adhem in Springfield. He professed his faith at the age of 14. In his younger years he loved slow-pitch softball, fishing, and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his father, John H. Richardson; mother, Lena (Bittick) Richardson-Watson; and stepfather, Perry Watson.

John is survived by his wife, Beverly Richardson; daughter, Sarah Harrell and husband David; sisters, Myrna Burdine and husband Earl; Nancy Brooks and husband Tom; brothers-in-law, Steven Bethurem and wife Nancy, Bruce Bethurem and wife Karen, and Robert "Bob" Bethurem.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 24, at 1 PM at the Pulaski County Shrine Club, 26920 Shrine Road, Laquey, MO 65534
