John MacGregor Massey, 59, of Willard, MO passed away Thursday, March 21st, 2024, from a combination of health problems. He was born October 5th, 1964, in Watertown, NY.

John grew up in the beautiful town of Alexandria Bay, NY. He went to Alexandria Central School where he played hockey and football and made many friends. John served our country after high school and left early to help care for his grandmother Idamae Waters. He went on to be a police officer in Orange County, NY. John got married in the 90's and had five children.

John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Idamae and Frank Waters; his mother, Lynn Massey; and his infant grandson, Ashton.

John is survived by his brother, Dale Massey; sisters, Liz Toland and Marcey Fasshauer; his nieces and nephews; his children, Morgana Spies, John Massey, Thomas Massey, Jacob Massey, and Dakota Massey; and his grandchildren, Sabrina, Grason, Max, McKenzie, Lilith, Theo, and Forrest.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.

John will be dearly missed and will live on in our hearts and memories.
