John Wesley Hinton, 36, of Republic, MO, passed away Friday, January 13, 2017. He was born in Hattiesburg, MS, July 24, 1980, to George and Robin.

John loved the outdoors, fishing, cooking, old cars, spending time with his family and the Lord. John's daughter, Hayden, was the light of his life and brought him great joy.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Hinton; brother, Daniel Hinton; grandmother, Clara Emerson; grandfather, Ken Larson; and uncle, Bruce Guy.

John is survived by his daughter, Hayden Hinton; mother, Robin Larson; brothers, James Hinton and wife Heather, Michael Riemer and Joseph Larson; sister, Breanne Larson; aunt, Brenda Guy; cousins, Marcus Guy, Lisa Guy and Cliff Newton; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and church family members that will miss him dearly.

A memorial service to celebrate John's life will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2017 in the Dayspring Church, 2157 N. Prospect Ave, Springfield, MO 65803.
