Obituary
John Willard Hayenga, 55, of Mammoth Spring, AR, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015, in Mercy Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born January 27, 1960, in Rockford, IL, to Robert and Alice Hayenga. He proudly served in the US Navy. John is survived by his wife, Martha Brooks Hayenga of Mammoth Spring, AR; three daughters, Paula McCormack of Flippin, AR, Jessica Hayenga of Tucson, AZ, Natasha Hayenga of Waco Texas; two sisters, Jackie Drummond and Judy Balsley; and one brother, Robert Hayenga, all of Illinois. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
