John Sylvan Goar, 74, Springfield, MO, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015. He was born August 24, 1940 in Elgin, IL, to William and Mona Goar. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
