Joey Maggard, 63, of Springfield, MO, passed away October 20, 2023. He was born April 15, 1960, in Springfield, MO, to Everette and Anna Lee Maggard. He was one of 13 children.

Joey was exceptional in masonry work and owned and operated Stone Age Landscaping for years. He completed many beautiful stonework projects all over the Ozarks. He loved song writing and music and played in many venues throughout the years. He was an outdoorsman and
loved to train his dogs and coon hunt. He also enjoyed fishing and would go any chance he could. He was a funny jokester and loved his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Amanda Rebbec, and siblings Barbara Groves, Doris Rowden, Larry Maggard, Linda Freeman, Gary Maggard, and Sherry Maggard.

Joey is survived by his partner in life and love, Janie Silkey, his sons, Foster Maggard and Nathan Maggard and wife Karen, grandchildren Avery, Skylar, Allison, and Cameron, and siblings Wanda Turner, Ricky Maggard, Debbie Atwood, Sharon Charmin-Miller, Tina Green, and Cecilian Maggard, and many nieces and nephews.
