James Alan Roberts "Jim" 62 of Weaubleau, MO unexpectedly passed at home in his sleep on Friday, July 12th, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Shamblin; father, Gerald Roberts; and brothers, Richard Gregerson and Timothy Roberts.

He was the beloved husband of Peggy Roberts for 39 years; loving father of Jennifer Cline, James "Jimmy" Roberts Jr, and Jonathan Roberts; brother of Debra Stevens, Dennis (Brenda) Roberts, Geri Hess, Michele Kuykendall, and Leslie Crow; and grandfather "Papa" of Ethan, Kylie, Aubrie, Declan, Nolan and Fay.

Jim embraced the spirit of the outdoors. He loved hunting and fishing with his children and grandchildren. He was happiest with a fishing pole or gun in his hand and his family by his side on his adventures into nature. He was an avid bowler on leagues at Nemo Lanes. He loved watching the Little League World Series and College Softball on TV and He adored spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren whenever possible. His presence and personality made you feel at home whenever he was around. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends. This earth will not be the same without him.

A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 20h, 2024 at 11:00 am at Nemo Lanes 26868 State Hwy NN, Hermitage, MO. We will share stories of Jim and bowling will be available afterward. Contributions can be made in Jim's name after the gathering to help with unexpected medical and end of life expenses.
