James "Jim" Louis Hamilton, 47, of Springfield, Mo passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023. He was born March 13, 1976, to Scotty and Mary Hamilton in Amarillo, TX.

Jim grew up in a household with four older sisters. As a child and young man, he enjoyed art. As he got older his love for working with his hands turned into a career in construction.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara and his mother, Mary.

Jim is survived by his children, James, Clayton, Maryann, Kinley (11), Paisley (10), Bentley (7), and Riley (5); his sisters, Julie, Sandra, Jackie, and Michelle; his grandchildren; and thirteen nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
