Jessie S. Mindrup, 30, of Springfield, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024. He was born in the afternoon of December 19, 1993; however, the hospital made a mistake when selecting am or pm and his birth record shows that he was born December 20, 1993. Jessie was lovingly raised by his parents, Rose and Alvin Young.

Jessie was a 2012 graduate of Central High School. He enjoyed playing video games in his free time. He loved bugs, wildlife and critters of all kinds including his beloved dog, Ares. The people in his life were even more important to him especially his fiancée, Bailey, his best friend, Chris, and his mom and dad. He was their dedicated caregiver, especially attending to his mom after a breast cancer diagnosis.

Jessie was preceded in death by his sister, Tamara Warner; his grandparents, Coletta and William Caves and Teresa and Howard; and his aunt, Judi.

He is survived by his parents, Rose and Alvin Young; siblings, Timothy Thomason; William Warner, Kristina Warner; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 12 PM, Friday, November 22, 2024, White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Springfield, MO. A family gathering to follow at his uncle's house.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
