Jerry Rae Pettibone, 56, of Bolivar, MO, passed away May 10, 2020. He was born June 27, 1963, in Madison, WI, to Robert and Carolyn Pettibone.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Pettibone; his children, his parents, siblings, nieces, nephews and many other family members.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
