Jerrod Timothy Floyd, 41, of Springfield, MO, formerly of Batesville, AR, passed away August 25, 2017. He was born in Batesville, AR, July 7, 1976, to Carl and Rosemary Floyd.

Jerrod was a kind-hearted, gentle, fun-loving, witty and funny person who always tried to make a difference when he could. He was so proud of being able to help others struggling with addiction as an addiction counselor.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jerrod is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Keith Elmore, as well as nephew, Austin Elmore.

A Memorial Service will be held in Floral, AR at Floral Baptist Church On September 9 th at 1:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
