Jennifer Caroline Holcomb, 56, of Springfield, MO passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in Springfield, MO. She was born December 12, 1965, in Kirksville, MO to Glen and Jo Ann Yardley.
She Married William Devon Holcomb Sr. and they had one child together.
Jennifer was a faithful Salvationist, serving the Salvation Army in Kirksville, MO as the Young People's Sergeant Major and Girl Guard Leader for many years. She was also the piano player for the Salvation Army in Kirksville, MO, Mattoon, IL, Springfield, MO, and Branson, MO. She worked in Branson, MO as a tour guide for Ride the Ducks and Dogwood Canyon. She loved the outdoors, whether it was fishing, camping, or just taking her jeep out for a drive at Glade Top Trail. She never knew a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. She will be most remembered for her love of the Lord and her sense of humor and wit.
She is survived by her significant other, Robert Ebert; her sons, Benjamin Holcomb and daughter in law, Christa Holcomb, and Elijah Ebert and wife Lacy; her sister, Delinda Walker and husband, Troy; one granddaughter, Kassie Atkinson; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was proceeded in death by her parents; Glen and Jo Ann Yardley, and one brother, Terry Yardley.
Jennifer made plans to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at The Salvation Army, 1004 W Gardner St. Kirksville Missouri on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 2pm. She will be spread by the family at a later time.
