Jeff passed away on July 26, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Jeff was born on September 4, 1961 in Taylorville, Illinois.  He was a longtime resident of Springfield, MO.  His family & friends will remember Jeff, which loved him, for being a God fearing man, who went to Springfield, MO Bible College where he studied the Bible.  He served in the U.S. Air force for 4 years.  Jeff was involved in Cosplay & enjoyed creating his own Cosplay costumes like Steampunk Green Lantern, Steampunk Mr. Incredible, Stinky Pete & his own creation, The Standard.  He had the Spirit of America in his heart as well as the Spirit of God in his heart.  Jeff also was Papa Santa on The Polar Express in Branson, MO.  Among his role as Papa Santa, Jeff donated his time to multiple charities including Angels Wings.  He visited children in hospitals as Santa put many smiles on the face of children with hope.  Jeff was also The Master of Graphite & extremely talented with his ART.

Jeff was in a four-year relationship and engaged to Kimberly Szarka from Lyons, NY for the past two years. She loved him and stood by his side until his last breath.  Jeff was not alone when he left this world and now he is not alone now as he is with God and family.

Jeff was the son of Bonnie C. Flemming & Charles L. Germann, stepson of Brenda Crawley.  He was the father of Robert G. & wife Veronica Germann, Ransom Germann, & was stepfather to Rachel Pellham & Rebekah & husband Austin Lebahn.  Jeff had three grandchildren, William, Juliette & Noel Germann & five step grandchildren, Tohbee, Tinsley, Temperance, Thacher & Talia Lebahn.

Jeff was a brother to Robert C. Germann & wife Toni Wallace Germann, Connie J. Anderson, Terrell Scott & wife Tanja Flemming, Kenwood (Sam) & wife Jennifer Germann & Kerri Germann.

Jeff was Uncle to Nathan Hunche, Kristian Germann, Dustin Anderson, Shawnda Anderson, Josh Flemming, Ashlie Baker, Katie Flemming, Brandon Flemming, Terrell Flemming, Brooklyn Flemming, Clinton Hanks, Victoria Hanks, William Carter, Cristian Carter, Abigail, Andrew & Anna Germann and Charlie Burkhart.

Jeff was a Great Uncle to Draven, Lyric and Autumn Anderson, Hayven Tribble, Isaac Tobias, Ryleih and Aadon Baker and Lincoln Flemming.

Jeff was cousin to Christina Garrett, Lester Dickey and Marcy Montgomery, Cole and Claire Montgomery, Paula Dickey, Lita Lancaster, Mikell R. Hayes, John & wife Mary Lancaster, Robert, Laura & Daniel Lancaster,  James & wife Michele Lancaster, Baylee, Kelsey, Jenna & Delaney Lancaster, Joel & wife Cindy Lancaster,  Sharon & husband John, Quinn and Lee Skinner, Lee Ann Cook, Marcia, Bobbi and Irene Cook & Zar (Will) Cook, Matt & wife Jodi Garrett, Kane & Klaire Garrett, Jacob, Nathan & Nolen Garrett, Darcy Garrett, Casey Pearson,  Cameron G. & Psyman Garrett, Chase, Kurklan & Jericho Dickey, Braxton & Kaylynn Dickey.

Jeff also has two amazing long-term faithful friends, Leo A. Ender (23 years) & Scott Lewis (30 years) who stood by his side.
