Obituary
Janice Olivia (Morton) Throop, 69, of Springfield, MO, passed away October 10, 2016, surrounded by her family. She was born November 14, 1946, in Springfield, MO, to Frank and Vera Morton.
She is survived by two children, seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Janice was an accomplished artist; painting and teaching painting from Missouri to Florida. Janice was an educated antiques collector and loved teaching people the value of every item her husband, Dan, and she collected.
She will be forever missed and forever loved.
A celebration of Jan's life will be held at 5 PM, on Friday, October 14, 2016, at Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, 2026 W. Woodland St, Springfield MO.
