She graduated Central High School in Springfield, MO class of 1969. She then attended Drury Business College and began work in the medical field. She loved to do ceramics, never read a book she didn't like (especially the Harry Potter series) and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her mother, father and sister, Diana Lynn Matthews.

She is survived by her children, Myona Wurzburger of Springfield, MO, William Baker of Petersburg, VA, Cindy Payne (Sue) of Springfield, MO, Stacey Howell of Springfield, MO, and Richelle DeLong (Bruce) of Marshfield, MO; grandchildren, Rachel Delong (Jenny), Amanda Sherrer (Keith), Mary Widener (Joseph), Julia Rebekah Light (Tony), Roger DeLong (Kayla), Ashley (Skyler), Emma Hannah Adcock (Rocky), Mikayla Wurzburger (Haden), and David Brian Wurzburger Jr (Jaden); 17 great grandchildren; one great great grandson on the way; siblings, Dee Glenk (Robert) Springfield, MO, Brenda Hutchison Mt. Vernon, MO, Greg Garrison (Theresa) Springfield, MO, Tresa Kentch (Robert) of Republic, MO and Bryan Garrison (Rachael) of Clever MO; and many nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by many friends and family.

A visitation will be held Thursday, January 12, 2022, from 6:00-8:00pm.
