James Ferry was 67 years old when he died unexpectedly in the presence of his daughters & Linda in Springfield, MO.
Jim was born in St. Louis on March 29, 1956, to Willard & Elsie Ferry. He grew up as the youngest of 4 siblings, which included: Bob, Mary Ann & Bill. Jim later met Linda at Cleveland High and life forever changed when they were blessed with their 3 perfect daughters Jamie, Stephanie and Erin. He adored his relationship with his 3 girls and his 7 grandchildren. He loved spending time with family and his two dogs, going to concerts, golfing, and sharing his love for cooking with everyone.
If you asked Jim what his greatest accomplishment was, he would say his daughters and grandchildren. Nothing made Jim more proud than his family. To Jim, family was everything.
He was a Dad
He was a Grandpa
He was a Brother
He was an Uncle
He was a Father in law
He was a Friend to many
To his grandchildren he was also Santa, the Easter Bunny, Captain Hook, Spider-Man, Batman, an Alligator, and a Hyena.
Jim is survived by his three daughters, Jamie, Stephanie and Erin; former spouse, Linda; son in laws, Rick, Josh & Jerell; his sister, Mary Ann; his nephew, Timmy & wife Bobbi; his brother, Bill and sister in law Vicky; his nieces, Judy, Jenny and Jill; sister in law, Rita; his nephews, Danny and Bobby; his niece, Laura; his friend, Stephanie; and his 7 grandchildren, Brayden, Brooks, Blakely, Charley, Quinn, Archer and Jack.
