James Clark

James Damien Clark, lovingly known as "Jimmy" or "JD", passed away on July 5th, 2026, at the age of 43. He was born on August 14th, 1982.

Jimmy spent his childhood growing up in Germantown, Ohio, before eventually making Batesville, Arkansas his home.

Jimmy had a personality that was impossible to forget. His sense of humor was unapologetically dark, his sarcasm was unmatched, and if you knew him well, you knew that making people laugh, even at the most inappropriate moments, was one of his favorite pastimes. Jimmy would unironically roll over in his grave if he knew everyone was crying over him... except for the fact that he was cremated.

Jimmy was a Navy veteran and had a deep love for music, cooking new recipes from scratch, anime, video games, playing Farkle, and being a jack of all trades, master of none. His particular specialties included long-distance bike riding and Beavis and Butt-Head impersonations.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his beloved sister, Kimberly, his maternal grandparents, LeRoy and Frances Nolan, and his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Rita Clark.

Jimmy is survived by his loving mother, Alice Nolan; his father, Paul Clark; his fiancée, Danielle Brockus; his siblings, Ashley and Damien Clark; his uncle, Fred Nolan; his aunt, Ellen Siewert; many cousins; and countless friends who became family.

Jimmy leaves behind many fond memories and stories that will be told for years to come, and a reminder not to take life too seriously.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date in Batesville, Arkansas.
