Jackie Sue Martin was born September 24, 1953 in Galveston, Texas. Everyone that has met her knows she is so proud to be from Texas. She grew up being a cowgirl and was in the Rodeo and 4H.
She went to Ball High School in Galveston. After High School she went on to Texas A & M. She got her degrees in Social work.
She loved her family and church, she was a religious woman and loved the Lord.
She had the best laugh, she was so smart and had a beautiful soul. She was life of the party.
She tried to help everyone that she came into contact with.
She loved to go to Africa and help them build schools and church's and spread the lords words.
Jackie was a military spouse and got the chance to travel, she loved to learn about their culture and visit the castles in Germany.
She left this world on Monday July 24,2023. She was at home when she passed. She left behind 5 children, Samuel Oglesby, Luke Oglesby, Jesse Teller, Jennifer King and Richard King, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
SURVIVING SISTERS Lisa Garnett and Tina Carillo. Her sister Becky Blanchard, who preceded her in Death. Her mother was Frances Elnora Shutter and her Father was Jack Harold Martin.
She left behind the love of her life Jacob Sanchez of Roswell, New Mexico. Thank You for loving our mother later in life.
Her ashes will be laid to Rest in Omaha, Nebraska at Catholic Cemetery.
