Heather Lee Hollis, 44, of Springfield, MO passed away Friday, March 7, 2025. She was born February 6, 1981, to Gayla Kent.

Heather grew up in Naylor Missouri. She worked as a CNA in a nursing home and was planning to be a nurse. She had children and became a stay-at-home mother. Heather enjoyed being a mother and built her life around them.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Starla Hollis; her mother, Gayla Hollis; her grandfather, Kenneth Kent; and her grandmother, Wanda Kent.

Heather is survived by her daughter, Kyla Murray; her son, John David Murray; and her brother, Larry Hollis.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
