Glenn Edward Calhoun of Nixa, Missouri, died Wednesday, November 24, 2021, in Springfield, Missouri, at age 84. He was born November 24, 1937 in Forgan, Oklahoma to Horace Paul Calhoun and Mamie Cyral (Henninger) Calhoun.

Glenn was a farmer most of his life. He enjoyed flying, machinery and automotive repair, music and family. He was an elder in the Nixa, Missouri congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

He married Carol June Paisley on June 20, 1955. They had 2 children, Susan Elyse and James Edward. He married Judy Trantham Schuemann on September 10, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Carol, sisters Louise Jimerson, Joanne Meek, and an infant sister.

Survivors include wife, Judy of Nixa, Missouri; daughter, Susan Jeffries (Ryne) of Council Bluffs, IA; son, James Calhoun (Deborah) of Ozark, Missouri; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
