Glendale "Glen" Miller, 87 of Springfield, MO, formerly of Front Royal, VA and Yellow Spring, WV, went to meet his Lord on Sunday, March 18 at Springfield Rehab in Springfield, MO.  He was born on February 20, 1931, in Yellow Spring, WV and was the son of the late Otho Guy Miller and Dale Virginia Kline Miller.

Glen is survived by his wife of 69 years, Fay Marie Ruffner Miller of Springfield, MO, formerly of Front Royal; their 4 children: Susan Ann Smith (David) of Missouri, Ronald Lee Miller of West Virginia, Linda Gay Blum of Florida, and Sonia Lane Papagan (Harry) of Kentucky; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and one sister: Genevieve Watson of Pennsylvania.

Glen co-owned Glen's Frozen Custard Stand in Front Royal in the early 1950's.  He later became a private contractor, building and selling custom homes until he retired in1993. Glen will be remembered most for his outstanding character and impeccable integrity. He was an accomplished marksman, and an avid hunter and fisherman.

A celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in West Virginia.
