Glen Wilkes Hudson was born at home in Greenville SC on 17 Sept 1937.  His parents were Louise Barnett Hudson and Ernest B. Hudson. His brothers, Ramon and Bruce have preceded him in death.  Glen never married but is survived by a niece Valery Hudson and a multitude of cousins and loving friends.

Glen graduated from Parker High School and was unanimously elected as Senior Class President. Following an illustrious high school career, he graduated from Berea College in Kentucky.  Glen served a three year tour in the United States Air Force attaining the rank of First Lieutenant. During this military service he was stationed in Germany as a military policeman.

After he returned to Greenville Glen worked for 23 years for the Greenville News Paper as a proofreader.

Glen was a man of great faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His mortal remains will be interred at Reedy River Baptist Church near Travelers Rest SC along with his mother and brothers. His soul has gone to Heaven based on his trust in the mercy and grace of Christ Jesus.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
