Gerald was a manufacturer and a business man. He spent time in various entrepreneurial endeavors such as real estate, auto body repair, and vehicles sales. He liked anything that would challenge his charisma, drive and intelligence. Gerald took his time enjoying life, always knowing when to live in the moment. He was an avid outdoors man and an explorer of the world. Having spent time at places such as The Taj Mahal , The Great Wall of China, Costa Rica, hunting elk and skiing in Colorado, fly fishing, para sailing and even sat in the presidents chair long enough to take a picture. However, Gerald's favorite thing to do was enjoying time spent with his children and grandchildren loving and laughing the days away.
Gerald was a humble and kind hearted gentleman. He never judged but instead always encouraged. Gerald would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He was always positive, witty and had a remarkable sense of humor that left an impression on everyone he met. He could always make you smile no matter the situation, just to see your happiness grow even in the slightest. Gerald was a Free Mason for most of his life and member of the Foundation Church of Marshfield. He was a blessing as a Father, Grandfather and friend.
