Eugene "Gene" Charles Koerner, 64, of Springfield, MO passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023. He was born July 27, 1959, to Hans and Jean Koerner in Hackensack, NJ.

Gene graduated from Roswell High School with honors in German. He loved music, especially playing guitar and keyboard synthesizers. He was an avid dog lover. Gene had a kind and gentle spirit and was attracted to the underdogs of society. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
