It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gary Townsend on April 16, 2024. Gary was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He touched the lives of many with his warmth, kindness, and infectious laughter.

Gary was born on March 28, 1940. He grew up in Ellendale North Dakota, where he developed his strong work ethic and passion for life. Throughout his life, Gary was known for his unwavering dedication to his family and friends.

Above all, Gary cherished spending time with his family and friends. Whether it was gathering for holidays, sharing stories over a meal, or embarking on adventures together, he valued every moment spent in their company.

Gary will be deeply missed by his loving family; wife, his children, grandchildren and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will live on in the memories we shared and the love he bestowed upon us.

Rest in peace, Gary. You will be forever missed, but never forgotten.
