Gail Simms, 63, of Springfield, MO, died Saturday January 14th at home. Gail was born in Hartford, CT and she resided in MO for the past 15 years. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Rita Parlee. She was predeceased by her husband, John Simms. She leaves behind her loving companion and dog, Karma.

She also leaves a son, Gary Jones, Jr., his wife Vikky, and a granddaughter, Autumn, of New Britain, CT.   Besides her son, Gail leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Warren Parlee; her sister, Diane DuPont; and she is survived by her brother, James Parlee.

There will be no calling hours. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to a local animal shelter of your choice.
