Frankie Dwayne Hopkins' Obituary
Frankie D Hopkins passed away November 13th after a brief illness at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Mary LeValley; and paternal grandparents, Frank and Thelma Hopkins.
He is survived by his children, Tyler of Manhatten, KS and Ashley of Lee Summit, MO; his mother, Bonnie Warren of Branson, MO; father, Frank Hopkins of Ottawa, KS; brother, Brian Hopkins of Lafkin, TX; sister, Jeannie Koehn of Galva, KS; step-grandma, Edith LeValley of Ottawa, KS; uncle, Charles LeValley of Olathe, KS; aunt Mary Kitt of Osage City, KS; and several nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Mary LeValley; and paternal grandparents, Frank and Thelma Hopkins.

Burial of his cremated remains will be at Desoto Cemetery on January 4th at 1pm, weather permitting.
