Born to Reverend Will Odes Harper Sr and first lady Anniebelle (Maxwell) Harper who preceded her in death. She professed her love for Christ at an early age and she was baptized at the age of 12 in Mycola, MO. She always maintained her love for the lord and always delivered messages to bus riders and people on the street.
She last attended school at Delta C-7 Deering Missouri. She worked most of her life as a CNA while working at Maranatha Village in Springfield, MO. She raised two children on her own with the Lord's help. She leaves to mourn her passing one daughter, Mellissa Renea Davis of Springfield and one son, Ashley (Sherry) Harper of Springfield, MO. She lovingly helped to raise four grandchildren, Jeremy Harper, Lashea (Sammy) Harper, Chasity Harper, and Ka'Mijha Harper and three great grandchildren, Maliyah, JaKobe and Jamere.
She is preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Martha Ann Harper, Sadie Lee (Harper) Moore, Odie Bell Thomas and Ester Doris (Harper) Moore. She leaves three brothers, James E. Harper Sr, Joel Lee Harper, and Will Odes Harper Jr. Surviving siblings include three brothers, Johnny H. Harper of Kileen TX, Freddie (Lovey) Harper in Kansas City MO, Roger Lewis Harper Springfield MO. She is survived by one sister, Jeannie Eula Harper of Springfield MO. In addition, she leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church members, friends, and others that loved her. She devoted her life to praising the lord and praying for others. She loves sewing and quilting.
