Dorothy J (Haukom) Zadworny Jensen died on July 3, 2016, at age 86. She was born Oct. 31, 1929, to Archie and Martha Haukom in Minneapolis, MN.

Preceded in death by husbands, Stan Zadworny and Richard A Jensen; brothers, Archie, Marly and Ron Haukom; and sister, Joan Schmidt.

She is survived by brothers, Fran and Tom Haukom; sisters, Ruth Mobeck, Summer Holm and Mary Ellen Olzewski; children, Patricia McLain (Larry), Steve Zadworny (Bernadette), Richard L Zadworny; stepson, Rich Jensen; and grandson, Cody McLain.

She was an incredible mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and homemaker with a generous and loving heart. Born in Minneapolis, she moved to Austin, MN with husband Stan, to raise their children. After his passing, she returned to Minneapolis, with husband Richard where she eventually retired from Nortel. She has touched many and shared much through her faith. Having lived in Springfield, MO the past 16 years, she will be dearly missed by family and her numerous friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 9, at Faith Lutheran Church, 1517 E Valley Water Mill Rd, Springfield.
