Doris Gean Tennis, 87, a lifelong resident of Springfield, MO passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2025. She was born July 24, 1938.

Doris worked for a dry cleaner for many years. In her free time, she loved to sew. She was a very talented seamstress.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her partner, Bill Lane.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Tina Tuter and husband Paul; grandson, Paul Tuter II; granddaughter, Belinda "Coppertone" Derringer; and great grandchildren, Gage Stout and Draven "Golden Bear" Derringer.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
