Donna Lee Adkins, 76, of Fordland, MO passed away Friday, June 5, 2026. She was born May 14, 1950, to William and Frances Adkins in Oceanside, CA.
Donna was employed as a registered nurse for Cox Health Systems in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for many years. A natural caregiver, Donna retired from Seasons Hospice. She will be missed dearly by her many friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
