Donald Gene Klingsmith, Jr., 61, of Springfield, MO passed away Monday, July 14, 2025. He was born July 9, 1964, to Donald and Marjorie Klingsmith in Jeffersonville, IN.

Donald was a fun-loving guy who enjoyed playing basketball and spending time with his grandchildren. Over the years he's made several friends in his career as a concrete finisher. Some called him the human juke box. If he heard a song playing 9x out of 10 he knew the words and would sing along.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Amy and Linda

Donald is survived by his wife, Angel Klingsmith; 4 children, Donella, Daniel, Kayla and Heavenly and 4 grandchildren, Amaya, Liam, Alaina and Danielle

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
